The image it's self it's rather nicely protrayed. Bubble effect draws the eye in, and your down cast face kinda gets me wondering about what you're thinking when the shot was taken. Though that's me reading into it lol But it feels that way, like you're baring something deeper to us by pulling down your shirt the slightest bit there.

All in all, the image is well taken, and as with every good photo one needs a great model to pull it off.
